Data Visualisation

Visualizing data with clarity, legibility, and accessibility is my priority. With ADHD, I’m tuned to creating designs that reduce cognitive load, making information clearer, more concise, and easier to engage with.

Curious by nature, I’m always asking, “How does this work, and how can it improve?” I tackle challenges with deep understanding and creative solutions, believing innovation starts with the right questions.

A lifelong sci-fi fan with a dissertation on the genre’s evolution, I embrace the Star Trek ethos, “To boldly go...” Channeling that sense of discovery into innovative design and brand storytelling.

My Career at a Glance

Nurturing Talent & Development
Mentoring is central to my values - it's deeply rewarding to help others grow. I continue to mentor former colleagues, providing career guidance and sharing my experience to help them succeed.

This drive for mentoring stemmed from my previous role teaching After Effects at Draper Film & Music Academy, where I helped empower young people through filmmaking. More recently - you can find me supporting a mentee in an intense game of Ditto Draft Ditto Draft Image
during our Pokémon TCG campaign work.

What My Team Says

" As Mysh's junior on the Design Team, I’ve felt incredibly supported in my growth as a designer. Mysh has been an incredible mentor, teaching with patience, confidence, and care. She taught me how to use Miro, helping me create templates and workflows that shaped how I work.

Mysh fosters trust and collaboration, creating an environment where I feel confident to meet deadlines and share ideas. She’s also vocal about the importance of mental health, regularly checking in to ensure our well-being. I’d jump at any opportunity to work with Mysh again.
"

- Summer Davies, Associate Creative Designer

" Mysh hit the ground running when she joined the team (in the middle of a games announcement), improving our practices for task organisation and our reviewing of work through Miro. Her in-depth research and innovative processes came in clutch many times through the variety of design work the team dealt with. "

- Mat Clark, Principal Creative Designer

" When Mysh joined our team as Lead, she completely transformed the way we work to be much more efficient, which created space for collaboration and improvement. With her support and mentorship, I became more confident to push the boundaries of my abilities and was able to really grow in my role. "

- Sarah Taylor, Senior Creative Designer

Empowering Team Development &
Knowledge Sharing

As a leader, I prioritize creating space for myself and my team to learn, grow, and stay ahead of industry trends. I regularly host talks, such as a company-wide Miro Masterclass on data visualization and accessibility, where I shared practical tips to enhance our Miro experience, alongside real case studies demonstrating how my team has transformed the way we work with Miro to improve collaboration and efficiency.

I am certified on all Miro courses through Credly and as a Miro Enterprise Advocate and member of the Miro Consultant Community, I empower the team with the tools and knowledge to improve processes and drive impactful outcomes.

Beyond Work: Embracing Adventure

Outside of work, I love exploring creative outlets that push me outside my comfort zone, from cosplaying to being a certified Les Mills instructor. Last year, I took on the challenge of learning to longboard just two weeks before the Bath to Bristol skate!

I believe life is for living - embracing new experiences and immersing myself in different communities helps me stay open-minded, bringing fresh perspectives to both my personal and professional life.
